Bottom of the Hill San Francisco, CA part of Sleazefest West
I used to go see the Bomboras all the time when they played. Awesome live show with go-go dancers, fire, crazy costumes, loved it. Then the Bomboras went away. i picked up the San francisco Guardian and there was an article about Sleazefest which i was considering goign to but the price tag ($25) was keepin me from buying. But then i saw the phot of the Lords of Altamont. Most of the freakin bomboras were staring back at me. Hello Ticketweb
Sleazefest was great. Almost all the bands leading up to the Lords really got me in the mood. however, nothing could compare to the mighty L. A. quintet. I had the privledge of opening the lighter fluid bottle and my lighter also provided the spark that set the organ ablaze. Everything great about the Bomboras with a special bonus. The music is really really good.
Hopefully, All Ages Show will be hooking up with the Lords of Altamont next time they come through San Francisco and we'll bring you their stoty in high quality dv glory. Keep checking back for that. In the meantime, here's some pictures and video from the Sleazefest show.
