More talk from Dave
Once upon a time in Michigan, there was a band called Strictly Taboo. The kids loved them. They made heavy metal music and rocked the Great Lakes state from end to end. But then, like many bands, it came to an end. Dave was in this band and decided he needed a change. He packed up his bags and moved to Las Vegas and took a step back from music for a while.
Eventually, the siren of song crept back into Dave's heart and he started making music again but there aren't alot of people in Sin City who want to make the same kind of music. Yep, glam isn't the genre of choice for the people of the desert, so what should he do?
He went down to the Goodwill, got a 4 track and started recording his songs. Next came a CD burner so he could mass produce his tunes and pass them around to his friends. Then came the Macintosh and the internet so he could expose the world to his vision and music. One more thing, what should he call the project? He harkened back to his Strictly Taboo days and remembered the band all gave themselves "Glam names". His was Ragz Dandelion. That'll work.
Sukjhit spent the day with Dave at his apartment adorned with action figures and movie memorobilia to talk about how he is getting his music out and what his plans are for making glam a part of the scene again. You can see what Dave and Sukjhit had to say to each other here. She also used her charms to get Dave to play us a song. Hear the acoustic version of That Girl here and look at the video of it here.
