Steafno is one of those guys. We all know one of them. The ones who can do just about anything. They can do anything they put their minds to. They can build anything, do any sport, draw anything. Yeah Stefano is one of theose guys. Not only an accomplished graphic designer, also a guy who put his first film into Sundance, a skydiver, and now he's worked his way into the music world.
Stefano has got a home studio where he created Grand Caravan, a CD of electronic music he markets himself, mostly on the internet. Between his site stef.com, where he showcases most of his artistsic endeavors, and established industry sites like mp3.com and cdbaby.com, Stef has been able to get his music heard around the world.
All Ages Show hung out with Stefano at his home studio and got a sense of what his music is all about and discussed his philosophies of distribution and what it takes to be successful in the music biz. We also caught his performance at the Battle of the Designer DJs competition sponsored by AdHOC at the Justice League in San Francisco. You can catch some of the interview here or see the whole thing by watching All Ages Show's episode two.
You can learn more about Stefano at his website at www.stef.com. There he's got music samples, info on his film 16F9 and some of his other work.
